The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:
1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over who have entered the competition. You may enter the competition by entering your name, address and email address at www.midwivesonlinecompetitions.com
2. This prize draw opens at 00.01 28th March 2011 and closes at 23.59 20th April 2011.
3. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of MWOL Ltd or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members, or via third parties or bulk applications.
4. Only one entrant per person.
5. The prize is a £50 London Pass and a £50 Pizza Hut Voucher. Total prize value of £100. There will be one winner during the duration of the competition.
6. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received, by 19th April 2011.
7. The independent judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be sent an email or a letter notifying them that they have been successful.
9. The winner will need to provide their name, date of birth and address to enable us to verify their name and home address.
10. Details of the winner will be published on www.midwivesonlinecompetitions.com, Twitter and Facebook
11. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw, but the winner may withdraw from this requirement at any time.
12. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
